Katabells is an embodied training method designed to forge strength, presence, and purpose through the body.

It blends kettlebell and bodyweight conditioning with breath, sound, and intentional movement meditations called Kata. Each session regulates your nervous system, sharpens your focus, and releases emotional pressure - training you to meet life with grounded clarity rather than spiralling into your head.

Guided by War Veteran and PT-turned-Transformational Coach Stephen Clarke, Katabells strengthens the body while opening the heart and mind. It integrates physical discipline with inner stillness.

The first three Wednesdays of each month we meet to build a new KATA. You'll naturally start more in your head learning the fundamental movement patterns, breath-work and embodiment. As the month rolls on we drop deeper into the body, clearing the mind, releasing stagnation and allowing life force to flow through you.

2. Personal Empowerment Project (P.E.P Talk)

The fourth Wednesday of each month we meet to dive into your personal empowerment covering the deeper aspects of your body and life. It's not just about your devotional practice but your lifestyle, nutrition, mindset and personal evolution.

What support is available when I join Katabells?

You’re not doing this alone. As you work through the sessions, you’ll have access to our Katabells community to share your wins, struggles, and breakthroughs. I’ll also be live with you each week to keep the fire lit and answer your questions directly.

What size kettlebell do I need?

For men: 10-16kg is a solid starting point. For women: 4-10kg usually works well. If you’re stronger or more experienced, you can go heavier - but the challenge is about presence, not ego. One kettlebell is enough to carry you through the 21 days.

Do I need previous experience with kettlebells?

No. Everything is broken down step by step. You’ll learn the Katabells movements from the ground up, so you can flow with strength and confidence. Beginners are welcome, and advanced practitioners will still be challenged to find their edge.

What if I miss a day - can I catch up?

Yes. Every session are available on demand. Life happens - the practice is here to meet you where you are. If you fall behind, you can catch up at your own pace. However this is also where I give you a little nudge to say life will always try to take you off course. Results come when you body and being experience a new environment so consistency is key. Missed sessions are fine, but let's get straight back to it. Your future self will thank you.

How much time will I need to commit each day?

Katabells has been designed to take around 20 minutes per day. Enough to wake your body, sharpen your focus, and shift your state - without taking over your life. However, your initial three weeks, as you learn the movements and inward processes you'll need around one hour 3 times per week with the other days being around 10-20 minutes.

Is there a difference between Katabells and normal fitness?

This isn’t fitness. It’s not about reps, poses, or performance. Katabells is a movement meditation - a fusion of strength, breath, sound, and intention. It trains not just your muscles but your nervous system, fascia, your presence, your spirit. You'll work with the more natural movement patterns of the body rather than the robotic one dimensional movements of traditional weight training. We originally called this Warrior YOGA become you're being invited into UNITY of body, mind and spirit. Your fascia is the bridge between these worlds and responds well to full body power training.

What results can I expect in 21 days?

You’ll feel stronger, clearer, and more connected to your body. Expect sharper focus, deeper breath, and a nervous system that runs calmer and steadier. Many members report emotional release, new energy, and a sense of power they’d forgotten they had. This isn't about fitness - it's about seeing how this practice impacts the other areas of your life.
