WHAT IS WARRIOR YOGA?

Warrior Yoga is an embodied training method designed to forge strength, presence, and purpose through the body.
It blends kettlebell and bodyweight conditioning with breath-work, sound, and intentional movement meditations called Kata.

Warrior Yoga gets you fit while burning off the bullshit holding you back.

I NEEDED THIS

I created Warrior Yoga because I needed it.

For years I trained hard, looked the part, did the work.
But I then I found myself trapped in my head. Suppressing anger. People pleasing. Disconnected from my power.
This practice was a game-changer.
It didn’t just get me strong – it got me free.
Warrior Yoga gave my body a voice. It gave my mind a place to rest. And it gave my purpose a place to be felt.
I now live, work and serve from a place of embodied integrity. Not because I’ve figured it all out. But because I learned how to stay with myself through the fire.
