Family Fitness. – Because staying healthy is important for the whole family.

 

Being fit and healthy takes more than just nipping down to the gym a few days a week. It’s a lifestyle where your small daily habits, general activity level, sleep patterns, stress levels and entire diet will have an effect. You and your family should think about these angles for your own fitness.

 

I’ve been contemplating starting a youtube channel for a while to explain all of this but was never really sure of the right angle and how to deliver it. But then it dawned on me. The way I teach my own children is to lead by example. Rather than tell them what to do I just do it myself and more often than not they want to copy me.

 

So not that I am calling you my child but if you are reading this then chances are you want to learn from me. So rather than stand in front of a white board and explain my point I’m going to record my daily life and create mini videos for Youtube.
